5 Workout Classes You Need To Try In NYC

Whether you like spinning, boxing or bootcamp, we've got a class listed for you! The best part? A lot of these classes are buy one get one free for first timers. 

1. Peloton Studio

We know everyone knows about the crazed, Soul Cycle, so we decided to give you a different spin on cycling. Peloton is a live class that can be taken in studio or on the app. The bikes are as smooth as butter and are about an hour long. We especially like Peloton because they offer Live DJ classes with titles such as: Jay-z Vs. Kanye. Who doesn't want to listen to hip hop during a spin session?

2. Rumble

The classes are taught by trained boxers and give you one hell of a workout. When you sign up you pick a stepper side and a bag side. The class alternates sides giving you a workout full of combinations, burpees, weight and other HIIT workouts. 

3 Locations: Flatiron, NoHo and Upper Eastside

Book a class: $36 for the first class (get one free), $36 after that. Packages available. 

Duration: 45min-1hr of fun punching and jumping.

 

3. Tone House

The home of extreme and competitive athletes. If you consider yourself super fit and/or looking for a challenge, this is the class for you. Their slogan is "unleash your inner athlete". Core, training, upper body, lower body? They've got it all. Get ready to sweat your life away and well, goodluck!

Book a class: $40 for the first class (2 for 1), $40 after that. Packages available. Gloves purchased separately. 

Duration: 1hr of guaranteed sweat.

 

4. Switch Playground

The total body fitness workout experience! The experience has 20-40 stations to target every muscle group. Did we mention there's a live DJ that combines the lights, with the workout and fun? 

2 Locations: SoHo and E 12th Street

Book a class: $35 for the first class (2 for 1 deal). Packages available. 

Duration: 1hr of music and HIIT.

 

5. TrampoLEAN NYC

You'll experience weightlessness and as much as 3x normal g-force. This electrifying stimulus contracts and relaxes every muscle with every bounce. Training on a low-impact surface will keep you lean and strong while preserving your joints. Experience more movement and less strain on your body. Jump your fat away!
