1. L Train Vintage

Locations: East Village, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, Bushwick, Gowanus 

Good for: Flannels, Denim Jackets, Pants, Shorts and Vintage Finds. 

2. Beacon's Closet


Pricing: ($$)

Locations: Manhattan and Greenpoint, Parkslope and Bushwick

Good for: Buying, selling, trading, killer shoe selection and vintage clothing. 

3. Metropolis


Pricing: ($$$)

Location: Manhattan, East Village

Good for: Vintage Apparel and Graphic Tee's, Huge Selection of Boots!

4. The Vintage Twin


Pricing: ($$$)

Location: Lower Manhattan

Good for: Vintage everything (shorts, shirts, etc.), but pretty overpriced. The advantage of this store is that it's extremely organized and you'll always seek a good find for your wardrobe. 

5.  No Relation Vintage


Pricing: ($)

Location: Manhattan, East Village

Good For:  Dig until you find. This store pretty much has everything, all different styles. The good part about it is that it's small enough for you to not feel overwhelmed. This is a thrift store for beginners.

6. Buffalo Exchange


Pricing: ($$)

Locations: All over Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Good For: Just about everything and you can find one probably in any part of NYC since it's a chain thrift store (similar to Goodwill). Some of these don't have fitting rooms though, so beware. you can buy, sell and trade here!

7. Mr. Throwback


Pricing: ($-$$$)

Location: Manhattan, East Village

Good For: Sports Gear, Jerseys and Caps.

Good for: the finest in vintage menswear. Jackets, Gloves and vintage vinyls.
