How To Use: Up to 3 times a week brush your teeth with activated charcoal for 3-4 minutes. To avoid thinning the enamel, do not use more than 3 times a week.

How To Use: 1-2 times a week combine a tablespoon of baking soda with hydrogen peroxide and mix until it turns into a paste. Brush for 3 minutes and rinse, then brush again with regular toothpaste.

You are what you eat. Maintaining a diet that contains fruits and vegetables helps strengthens your teeth and protect the enamel. Crunchy foods that contain lots of water like celery, apples cucumbers and carrots are ideal for a healthy smile.
